No. ECOMIX explains and gives personal advice. For supply and installation we work with selected execution partners. You know in advance which company you will be dealing with.
Is the home assessment free?
Yes, the home assessment is free and without obligation.
Is ECOMIX's advice independent?
We are open about this: ECOMIX works with selected partners, and for home batteries with systems from Hanchu ESS. Our advice does always start with your situation. If a solution does not suit your home, we say so.
How does the advice process work?
You start with the home assessment. We then look at your situation, get in touch for personal advice and — if you want — put you in contact with a partner for a quotation.
What happens after the home assessment?
You immediately see a summary of your answers. After that we get in touch as soon as we can to discuss the options.
Which partners do you work with?
For home batteries we work with systems from Hanchu ESS. The installation is carried out by selected execution partners. If you want to go ahead, you hear in advance which partner you will be dealing with.
