ECOMIX is the trading name of Ecommix. These terms explain which arrangements apply to the use of our website and to services ECOMIX itself provides to you.

These terms apply to the use of the website and to services ECOMIX itself provides, such as the home assessment and an advice conversation.

When you enter into an agreement with an execution partner through ECOMIX — for supply or installation, for example — that partner is your contracting party for that agreement. The partner’s own terms may apply to it. You are given the opportunity to read and save those terms before you enter into the agreement with that partner.

ECOMIX provides general information and, where agreed, personal advice about energy solutions for homes, such as solar panels, home batteries and smart energy use. ECOMIX is not an installer itself and does not carry out technical installation work.

If you want, ECOMIX can put you in touch with a selected execution partner. Before ECOMIX shares personal data with a partner, it is made clear which partner is involved and on which basis the data is shared. More about this is in our privacy statement.

If ECOMIX receives a fee for a referral, we make that transparent before the referral takes place.

You may use the website for lawful purposes. Misusing the website is not permitted — for example by distributing harmful software, seeking unauthorised access to systems, or collecting data about other users.

The home assessment and ECOMIX’s advice are based on the information you provide and on the data and rules available at that moment. Please make sure the information you supply is as complete and accurate as possible.

Calculations, price examples, yields, payback periods, savings, subsidies and other outcomes are indicative unless expressly agreed otherwise. Actual results can depend on your home, your energy use, energy prices, grid management, laws and regulations, technical feasibility and the final quotation from an execution partner.

An indication or advice from ECOMIX is not an installation quotation. You receive a final quotation for supply or installation from the execution partner, possibly after a technical inspection.

An execution partner is an independent business and is responsible for its own quotation, agreement, supply, installation, warranties and aftercare.

ECOMIX selects partners with care, but cannot guarantee that a partner will accept an assignment, that a specific solution is technically possible, or that a particular price, subsidy, saving or delivery date will be achieved.

If you have a complaint about the work of an execution partner, that complaint should in the first instance be submitted to that partner. Where appropriate ECOMIX can help to make contact, without thereby taking over the partner’s responsibility.

ECOMIX is responsible for damage to the extent that the damage can be attributed to ECOMIX under the law.

ECOMIX is not responsible for consequences that result from incorrect or incomplete information from the user, changes in laws and regulations, energy prices, policy or other circumstances beyond ECOMIX’s reasonable control, except to the extent the law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that such an exclusion or limitation is not permitted under mandatory law. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain fully in force.

The content of this website, including texts, images, logos, illustrations and design, belongs to ECOMIX or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view the content and save or print it for personal, non-commercial use. Other use, reproduction or publication is only permitted with prior permission or where the law allows it.

We process personal data when you use our website and services. You can find more information in our privacy statement and our cookie policy.

We may adjust these terms if our services or the law change. A new version applies to future use and to new services from the date stated with that version.

For an agreement that is already running, the terms that applied when it was entered into continue to apply, unless a change is permitted by law and has been communicated to you in the proper way.

Dutch law applies to these terms and to ECOMIX’s services, to the extent mandatory law does not provide otherwise. Disputes are submitted to the court that has jurisdiction under the statutory rules.
